This National Day, Evercomm is honoured to partner with the NDP 2024 Organising committee to make NDP 2024 one of Singapore’s most sustainable celebrations. In line with the theme “Together, As One United People,” we’re committed to a three-month project to reduce the carbon footprint of this iconic event.
Our team, alongside the Logistics and Finance Committee, briefed the Ministry of Defence of Singapore (MINDEF) and the External Advisory Panel for Environmental and Sustainability (EAPES) on our green initiatives for NDP 2024. This was followed by a ground recce to further explore these sustainability measures.
We’ve implemented a detailed carbon data management system to collect and analyse data across multiple event sites. We provided actionable insights and recommendations to minimise greenhouse gas emissions. This comprehensive approach allows the environmental impact of NDP 2024 to be minimised, setting a benchmark for sustainability in large-scale national celebrations.
