Team Evercomm started 2024 with an impactful workplan and retreat in Pattaya, Thailand. The event served as a powerful catalyst to align our diverse team towards a common purpose and set the tone for a year of collaboration, innovation, and success.
The retreat went beyond strategy and planning; it was also about forging meaningful connections. Through team-building activities, senior management and country managers sharing, and open dialogues, we cultivated a culture of openness and camaraderie. Bringing together 29 exceptional individuals from 7 different nationalities, we harnessed the power of varied perspectives and experiences to fuel our collective ambition for the year ahead.
The team also had the opportunity to visit Baan Jing Jai Foundation, a children’s home led by Khun Piangta to support 90 underprivileged children. Other than providing daily necessities to the children and caregivers, the team also brought the children’s all-time favourite fried chicken meal and danced along to the catchy tune of “Baby Shark” together with the bubbly children. Their happy smiles truly warmed our hearts. It was a humbling and rewarding experience, reinforcing our commitment to making a positive impact beyond business.
A special thank you to our incredible team for the dedication and enthusiasm, and to the beautiful city of Pattaya for being the backdrop to this transformative experience.
Here’s to a year of growth and success together!
